The grand winner of It’s Showtime The Finals: Inter-Town Edition held earlier today, April 28 (Saturday) is Bacolod Masskara from Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. !–more–> The group brought the Masskara Festival inside the Showtime studio and was also completed by an amazing performance and overwhelming support from their hometown in Bacolod.
